    i went to see the play and came a few minutes before the curtain went up to buy a ticket.i really meant to buy the ticket for another day.somehow i came the worker was saying its cheapest now before curtain goes up if you go on another date its more or same but as nice a ******* then i was not understanding that the play stopped while it was on.the company had some emergency that the play completely stoppped there was an annoucement on loud speaker that allthe workers must leave the stage. this was late my complaint but the plays still on how can i see it again. i saw the play may 25 at 2pm.i came 15 minutes before things was going start.i had no idea that this was going happen at ta play that the play was going have some type of emergency and allthe actors cant work for period of time .there was a change of workers in play like *******

    I had tickets to flight out to ******** August 18 purchased tickets to go to a Broadview show for ****** The flight was cancelled due to weather hurricane/thunderstorms I have tried to contact Broadviewdirect where tickets were purchased to see if I can transfer tickets to another week or get a refund since I had no control of the weather. I am not able to contact anyone from the theater by phone or the website by phone. They have customer service online.When I purchased these tickets they didnt state the refund policy before or after purchase. Yes they have it on the site but it doesnt state that when you buy it. I have been trying to get my refund of ****** back

    Unfortunately our final performance of The Wiz was on August 18th. For all issues regarding tickets, we ask all patrons to return to their point of purchase. If it was purchased at our ********** window or through our website, Broadway Direct, then they should reach out at ************************* or call at **************.
