    I paid to get 4 documents apostille, they were all issued by different states, I found this website that will take the documents via upload and they didn't required for the originals to be sent. They apostille all my documents by a notary public from NY instead of sending them to each state to get them apostille, The ********************* is not accepting the apostille from a notary public because the documents need to be apostille by the state Secretary of ************** of where each document was issued.When i reached out to their office, the response i got was that the documents were apostille correctly and obviously they have not, i have sent several emails and i have called them and left messages and they have not contacted me, since April 5th, their website has a 100% GUARANTEED SATISFACTION disclosure, in my case i cannot use the documents i paid for and i am requesting a refund so i can use it towards an agency that can provide this service and correctly apostille my documents.
