    This September 26, 2024, I signed up with Found Solutions and ordered three (3) months of the "***********," weight-loss medication. At that particular time an offer for by two (2) months @ $129.00 each and get one (1) month free. I paid an additional ************** fee of $97.00. I have never spoken with a *** over the phone, and I have not received any weight loss medication. I have tried multiple times via text message reaching out to the company and calling the ************** Found **************** number with no resolve. I was able to speak with someone once and was told shipping was behind because of the hurricane ...I am requesting the delivery of my medication OR a full refund.I thank you for your time and consideration regarding this matter!**** **** ** **************

    I signed up for Found after researching the company and deciding to give the program a try to loose some weight. The program supposedly offers access to clinicians, coaches assisting with behavioral changes and medicine to assist with weight loss. The only service I ever received was a very brief text conversation with a clinician who prescribed a medicine that I never received. I also reached out to find out when I would be able to talk to a coach or how to start working towards making behavioral changes and that's when I found out that if I wanted support like that I would need to pay an additional monthly fee. They indicated that they had recently put the coaching program on hold to dedicate more resources to improving their platform and app. This information was not clear on their website or in any advertisements. Both their web based platform and the app really do pale in comparison to many free resources that are available currently. The fact of the matter is that I never received any part of the services I was promised (medicine, coaching support) and I was only offered a partial refund (58%) of the original amount paid.
