They will make your technology obsolete in less than three years and demand you replace it because they are "no longer supporting it." The tech I purchased would be over $700 to replace. It's a total scam, and I've already found other security subscriptions that will match the $700 and offer better customer service. They also don't communicate this with their customers. After thinking it was my fault the cameras weren't working for months, I found out. They discontinued the service, didn't notify customers, and continued taking our money each month.Looking into a new service now and moving on. It is not worth the hassle, but what the company does is shady and potentially illegal. ******.

total scam artists. I did their online "test" and submitted all my information, then was messaged by a "provider" saying I'd need to submit three days' worth (not consecutive) of my blood pressure and heart rate readings before we could go any further. It is impossible to get a blood pressure reading easily where I live so I was frustrated. I would either have to spend MORE money to buy one online and hope it's accurate, or go see my PCP repeatedly, both of which would take time and be more expensive. Then I looked at my credit card statement and realized they'd charged me $99 for a "consultation" (what?) and $45 for the medication no one had even prescribed yet. They refused to give me back the $99 fee. Cove is taking advantage of people wanting to take care of themselves and advocate for themselves and their own health and well-being. They should be ashamed of how they're bankrolling on people's blind hopes for help. COVE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, IMO.

They automatically charge you and send you an email stating your medication is going to be shipped even though there is no medication being shipped. When I contacted them that I never received anything, they blamed me because I never responded to the doctor, however, I never received an email from the doctor. Then I followed up with them after I responded to the doctor because nothing was sent. It took over a month to get a refund! This should be unethical to automatically bill and send an email something is being delivered when no real medical services have been rendered. I have confirmation from customer service that their system is in fact set up that way. It is also frustrated that the doctors don't respond and customer service would not help me contact the doctor. They kept focusing on the fact that I unsubscribed from emails when in reality I only unsubscribed from their marketing emails and they still had the power to send emails hence the email stating I was going to receive a medication, so why am I not receiving communication from the doctor! No one took the time to answer or apologize for this!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with COVE's treatment and my complaint about denial, dishonesty, and improper appropriation of funds. After following all necessary procedures and documentation, I was denied treatment without legitimate reasons, causing distress and a significant delay in receiving the necessary care.Cove misled me by providing false information about their application status, despite multiple customer service representatives claiming it was being reviewed. However, I never received legitimate updates or explanations for the denial of treatment.Furthermore, I have come to learn that COVE has inappropriately retained the money I paid for the treatment, despite the fact that the services were not rendered. This blatant act of stealing my hard-earned money is unacceptable and constitutes a breach of trust. I demand an immediate refund of the full amount paid, as it is only fair that I be reimbursed for the expenses I incurred due to COVE's false promises and failure to deliver the treatment I desperately needed.
