    First of all, I'd love to leave a much higher review of this company. I appreciate the quality and taste of their product. I have zero complaints about that. My issue is what I perceive as a shady way to trick you into a subscription. Nowhere on their website did I see that they don't accept one-time orders. One purchase locks you into a subscription. I made a purchase and then went on a month-long vacation. I came back to two new boxes. Due to the 'customizable' nature of the product, they don't accept returns. Frankly, the experience irked me because the notice of subscription is small and not at all obvious in my opinion. If the purchase had been more expensive or if I hadn't liked the product, this would have been a complaint directly to the BBB, not a review. I'm disappointed.
