i enrolled and paid to have english classes at this institute. the cost was $1236- classes are supposed to start at 8.30 till 2pm., 5 days a week mon thru fri. the instructor would play YOU TUBE VIDEO and thats it. the classes would begin at 9am or so. and would be totally completed by 12 noon. this is not what i agreed to have . and when i addressed the situation, i was told that this is what the class was. after filked a compliant with my credit card company, the institute has reached out and offered $900 and that i could pick up a check. this is absolutely unacceptable. they have not fulfilled their part of the agreement. They conduct themselves in a BULLYING manner and with total intimidation. not to mention that they are taking advantage of those that don't speak English well, nor understand. and they asked me if i was a documented individual. my question would be, WHY does my lack of documenting or not have anything to do with how you are doing business ? (btw, i am a USA citizen born and raised here . and the individual taking the classes is here with ALL PROPER DOCUMENTION.) I believe that i have every right to getting back 100% refund. YOU TUBE videos i can see on my very own, in my house, for FREE! I was never given a copy of the contract that i signed as to the agreement for the services. the receipt that i was given is a generic receipt with very little information and all hand written. THIS PLACE IS SHAMEFUL!
