      ****************** is a joke. Despite mentioning on day one that my Breitling watch had to be returned to Breitling HQ for requested service, it took three (3) separate requests to get Tourneau to finally send the watch to ***********. In the interim, I received three (3) repair estimates ranging from approx $600 to over $1,000. Each estimate appeared to indicate escalating damage. Communication from Tourneau during the whole process was abysmal. Three (3) months of traveling between ** and Europe and my watch was returned with zero services requested.

      Tourneau LLC repaired my watch and either they left a link out of the band or adjusted the clasp so the watch no longer fits. It's a size too small and after 2 weeks of calling them to fix my watch and no responses, no return calls I was lucky enough to get a hold of a Manager, ***** *********. We spoke on the phone and I sent her pictures of the watch band and she said she would call me the next day after she spoke with the repair people. And to my shock she never called me back. I called her at least 5 times since then and left messages with her and she never responded so I emailed her with she ignored my email and never responded to that either.
      I don't think this is a legitimate company at the very least their Customer Service is atrocious. From their BBB rating I think they may even be a fraud Company. I don't expect a response from them so I'll probably take matters my own hands and work with my Bank for a refund. And try and find a legitimate company to repair my watch. It was a Anniversary Gift and I would really like to wear it again.
