    Regarding invoice #************* Date of issue 5/12/2022. We paid a deposit and signed an agreement for the new design and development of our website *********************** that is a non-profit organization. We have tried working with *********************** for almost one year. We have had to get over many obstacles with him and despite resolving each of those obstacles to date we still do not have what was agreed upon. Most obviously, the contact information is still not correct, the links for donations and to purchase products is not correct, and no adaptive add-ons. In addition, there is no easy, secured way to purchase available products and engage in services. This website also has not been optimized for a high response and appearance ratio as well as it does not contain high-image content and ******* videos that we have already provided. Lastly, the website has neither been connected to ****** nor has it been optimized with other social media platforms. Communication has been minimal at best. Although we spoke over the phone in the beginning, we seem to only be able to communicate over text since we paid the deposit. This hinderance has both emotionally and financially crippled this farm since many donations rely on a legitimate website. We have been texting ************** for exactly one week with no response from *********************** and at this point feel that our woman owned non-profit animal rescue farm has been swindled in the making of the website.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by AKNY Media Group regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    The complaint has not been resolved because the items promised on the agreement signed May 11th, 2022 have not been completed. *********************** did reach out and worked with us once on March 6th. During this call **** admitted he could only get some of what was agreed to completed then on the call but would call me back that night when they were.

    Since then I have not received that follow up phone call. Despite that I continued to reach out to *********************** who simply replied with short responses that he was working on it... We check and he never actually logs in or even works on the site. Since then nothing on the site ever changed and what was agreed upon was never met. I can confirm that he stopped all communications on March 16th and at this point we are convinced he just wanted our deposit and probably a kickback from the referral to WordPress. Reading the reviews on Yelp this is his method. He gets the deposit and then will only work with the customer as minimally as possible in hopes they will just go away. I have kept all of the documentation of how he blamed *** for his delay but when I confirmed he was lying by showing him the one button that needed to be clicked to move the site. I know I will never get this project done and he will never refund the deposit.

    The fact is, we are a non-profit rescue farm that works on limited funds and he took advantage. **** has not shown any follow through or commitment in what he signed on 5/11/2022. We are taking this as a huge ****** learned and am disappointed he could not finish the job.
