    About two years ago, Logo flux design created a website (BLOOD CHEMISTRY ANALYSIS FOR DRS.) for me that cost approximately $6,000 Then they told me they should have put this site on another, more secure platform. So, I agreed so In October 2022, logo design flux was supposed to put the original site on this new platform. They charged me another $4,000 with a $2,000 deposit. It took them until a month ago, March 2023, to start the change.The minute they started the new site, the original site crashed, and I lost everything.They said it was not their fault, but another programmer I am using said something happened when they started to change over.They were also supposed to create another website for me for the general public.They charged me another $4,000 with a $2,000 down payment. After months of promises and lies, the owner ************************* could not create the general public site. So I was out another $2,000. He then stated in an email that he would reimburse me for the sites since the original site crashed and the other two sites were never close to being completed.So I paid for three sites and now have no sites and have to start from scratch again.First, ****** said he would give me a refund in 2 days, then two days turned into two weeks, then another week went by, and ****** kept lying and lying.The man lies thru his teeth and even believes his lies.Not to mention my business suffered from not having working sites. ( estimated losses $10-20,000)I would like at least a $5,000 refund since none of the sites work, and I put out $10,000 Or finish the jobs That is fair.If he disagrees, I may pursue this through the court system and ask for $20-40,000 Sincerely, ************
