    On 11/14, I purchased 9 tickets, totaling $440, for an event on 11/23/2024. I noticed the 11/14 date and tried to cancel but thought maybe I was mistaken. Later, I received an email that my tickets were available to view in the app, FEVER. I viewed my tickets and saw that the tickets said that the event had been completed. I opened the ticket to see that the date said 11/14/2024. I reviewed the website to find contact information to get the correct tickets I sent a request for someone to contact me. The following day no one had responded so I searched again. I then found an online chat. I initiated a chat, but the responder took too long and I had to try again later. I tried again the next day and the same result. On the next day I found a phone number. I called the number and was immediately connected with someone. The representative reviewed my information. He confirmed that the tickets were purchased around 5:16 PM, for the event that starts at 5:30 and could see this was a mistake. He informed me that they would put in a request for the correct tickets. This happened on three separate occasions on two separate days. The next morning i received confirmation that the tickets were purchased for the 11/14 date. The next email informed me that my request was being reviewed and I would hear back within a few hours. I never heard back. I called again and the representative informed me that he would review it and email me back within two hours. I received an email that there was nothing they could do. I would not get a refund and I could not get tickets for the correct date. This is an event going on for months. Due to my quick response in trying to cancel/ then resolving. They couldve granted my request for a later date, easily. There are multiple dates available. I have called twice since then to get the names of the representatives I spoke to, but now they are no longer answering the phone when I call. This honestly feels like a scam.
