    Some specs under **ating, picked off with finger. Emailed ** and they told me to take back where I bought it from and they usually deal with it. No, oh let me help u. Just its basically someone elses problem we don't stand behind our product.

    This company provides poor quality cookware products. They have no customer service, no product warranty, no company truth information. They have only one phone number but always no one take response. We hope government investigate this company
