I'm a small female owned business trying to make a living and support my kids. Details of your attempt to resolve the dispute with the merchant:I contacted **************************** multiple times via email and WhatsApp to address the significant delays, lack of communication, and failure to meet the agreed-upon deadlines. Despite these attempts, I received inconsistent responses, missed meetings, and broken promises regarding the delivery of the services. I formally requested a refund on Aug 15, 2024 due to the failure of the company to fulfill the terms of our agreement. They ignored my email and text message. There is always excuses for missed deadlines and missed meetings and missed delivery dates.
