      I had to return one item and it still had the tags attached and the original packaging. Three weeks after they received it (I traced the package), I still havent gotten my refund. No one answered customer service and the email response I got said it was being processed. How much longer I have to wait was not defined. I will never order from them again.

      Buyer originally contacted us on 9-16 requesting to return one of the items. We provided the *** number (Return Merchandise Authorization) the same day she requested it. The refund was processed on 10-7. Buyer was notified via email about the return. The funds normally take 5-8 business days depending on the bank. The funds can also be available by the next billing cycle, depending on their financial institution.

      I received a damaged product and have not received return instructions. Paid over ****** for the item. I sent pictures in an email of all the holes in the item. I want my money back or a refund.

      This buyer made the purchase on 5/7/24 and we informed her that her order was scheduled to ship on 5/17. We shipped the order on 5/13 and buyer received the item on 5/17. ***** contacted us for the first time on 5/20 explaining that the item received was damaged. We informed her today that we will be sending her a return label to return the item in order to replace it. A return label has been sent to her email (tracking label # **********************). Once we receive the item we will process the exchange and ship a new piece to the customer.

      I placed an order and paid for expedited shipping. I haven't received the order and no one answers the phone number listed on the website. In addition, the automated voice on the phone says, "The person you are trying to reach is not available and has not set up voicemail." It doesn't even answer the phone stating the name of the company! I am concerned I may have been scammed.

      I returned a purchase because items did not fit. Classic Shapewear received my return a month ago and still has not processed the return!!! That is crazy. I want my money back.
