      I purchased a London Fog luggage item from ***** and have used it fewer than five times. Unfortunately, the interior lining and overall material quality are quite poorthin, single-stitched, and lacking reinforcement. As a result, the seams have already ripped.I reached out to London Fog to request a warranty repair or replacement, as the product was advertised with a 10-year warranty. However, they have refused to honor this warranty.The only reason I kept the luggage in the first place was because of the promised 10-year warranty. Had I known the company would not stand behind it, I would have returned the product immediately. I am disappointed in both the quality of the luggage and the company's unwillingness to support their warranty policy.

      I have been attempting to reach London Fog since December due to poor workmanship on their luggage. I have gone back and forth several times and gave them the information requested. At times they were rude on the email and I had to respond the same, because they are not fulfilling the replacement they said they would. Each time you email them, you receive an automated response. This is horrendous and I agree exaclty, with the other 2 posts.

      I have reached out now for about a month and a 1/2 and keep getting automated responses both on the phone and email. The product has not held up. It was a more expensive and I felt with the 10 year warranty, and what I thought was a good company that I bought the right luggage. No one has responded. I am very disappointed. Do not buy this product.

      On November 6, 9 and 20th, 2023, I emailed London Fog and attempted to contact via phone. As of December 2, 2023, I've not received a response from the **************** Team. Here's the message I sent:"On March 12, 2022 I purchased 3 pieces of London Fog luggage at ****** **************** - **** in ********, ** for a total of $525.76. Receipt attached.Items purchased:Leisure Merc/luggage Oxford III Olive 20 Leisure Merc/luggage Oxford III Olive 29 Leisure Merc/luggage Oxford III Black-WHI Upon my return from a flight on October 31, 2023 when retrieving the Leisure Merc/luggage Oxford III Olive 20 from the overhead bend, the handle on the luggage came apart and the workmanship on the handle was damaged (see image ****). Pictures attached.As you can see from the pictures, the luggage has not been used much and the few times I've used the luggage I've carried it on the plane, and never utilized as "checked baggage". I'm reaching out to verify how I can be reimbursed for the purchase of this bag for $144.00 or receive a replacement.Thank you in advance for your consideration in providing excellent customer service.I can be reached via (I left my email and phone number contacts).I look forward to hearing from someone soon.*********,***************************
