    I contacted Mr. Glazier back in April to replace the glass windows in the storefront. The initial experience was a positive one with information over the phone because the tech couldnt meet me at the scheduled time. I contacted them a few weeks ago to move forward with the work but I wanted to meet with someone to go over the quote in person before I pay the deposit. They kept me waiting 5 hours that day as they kept delaying the visit. When the tech showed up he did not know anything about my project and was just there to measure. After discussing with a supervisor over the phone over the course of the next week I paid the 50% deposit. They charged me twice, so for the full project. They had to order the glass so it took another week for delivery. Installation day their arrival window was ****am. They showed up at 11:30, proceeded to have lunch and did a sub par paint job on the frames. Left after a couple hours work. The paint has to dry 5 hours. If time management was productive they should have came first thing as the associate said himself. Also, I expected the to clean and scrape the existing frames which was not done. I had to call to schedule the installation for the next day. Always getting someone to dispatch your call. On the next day, they installed 2 out of the 4 panels. 2 were the wrong size. Left the site without taking the glass or trash. Unfortunately this was on the weekend and so supervisors arent available until Monday. Having to call again, and schedule more measuring and installation with this company is giving me a headache and anxiety. Ive been getting the run around for a month for a job that took another company 3 hours to complete today.
