    I ordered a pattern $5 and enough yarn to make it for $60 plus shipping. Pattern was fine - got it electronically, saved it and couldnt wait to get the yarn to start it. Yarn came and it was literally in pieces. Each skein was made of shorter pieces of yarn and what was there was frayed horribly. I contacted Lion and was asked for pictures, which I sent. Never heard back so I inquired again. They never answered me, but did credit me $15. They told me I could return any undamaged skeins at my expense. Im assuming that if I ordered again so I could make my pattern Id pay their exorbitant shipping again as well. I contacted them again and received an auto-reply stating my ticket was closed. The end. So now that theyve stolen almost $100 from me (considering shipping and taxes), Im supposed to walk away happy. This company has abysmal customer service - stay away from them!!!!!

    Purchased yarn on BLACK FRIDAY 2023. It was listed as a bundle skeins HOMESPUN PEONY 6 FOR $12.99. PLUS shipping. I could have purchased it the same date retail at 3 for $8.99 plus $3.99 shipping.. hence, a good deal. When I received my order from Lion Brand Yarn, I got 1 yarn skein priced at $8.99 with $6.00 shipping.After 3 contacts with Lion customer service, the representative could not produce the BLACK FRIDAY **** feel deceived. I have no choice but to leave this review. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to leave this review.

    While scrolling, I guess i accidentally hovered over the "place order" key and placed an order. I contacted them IMMEDIATELY and they wouldn't stop the order. And their website has no option to cancel the order, like most websites. Poor customer service, lousy website.
