    On March 25th of 2022 I placed an order for a headstone for my 2 deceased sons and myself for the amount of $1900. The agreement was that the stone would be ordered when half was paid. I paid $1000 4/1/22, $450 5/5/22, $225 6/5/22 and $225 7/1/22. ****** * **** committed to delivery of the headstone around 4 months after ordered. The dispute is the lack of estimated delivery time and no product delivered. No date has been given and no product received. I have been told it is delayed to supply issues from Covid, gas prices and shortage of truck drivers. When contacted on 11/22/2022 I was told it is on a truck and it is delayed by snow in Buffalo, but no delivery date can be given. **** ****** said "I have no idea where it is, it is on a truck somewhere coming from South Dakota and at this point I don't care." I don't understand with todays technology why the headstone delivery isn't being tracked. When I told ****** * **** I was contacting the BBB he said they would place my order on hold now. My end goal is timely placement of the headstone on the plots I have purchased. I need a delivery date and to be kept updated of any changes.

    We received a letter from you dated November 28, 2022 the assigned ID of ********. This should not be put as a bad report to my funeral home's name.. We do not sell or service stone sales. ********* **** bought that stone from Newark Granite Works. For her convenience we allowed her to drop the payments here to save her the additional three quarters of a mile walking distance to the Granite Works, I do appreciate her wanting to get the stone placed.  Seeing her letter and talking to him, I can see why he loss his cool. Her calling him at all hours, even as late as 11 PM at night is way out of normal business hours. He was awoken several time to have tell her the same thing. I believe this mark on our business name* **** ** ****** * **** ******* ****, should be eliminated by her and/or you.
