      I put $100 down on ***** ****** ** in late 2022. The *** site said the deposit was fully refundable. I cancel the reservation 8/23/23. *** website said allow 5-10 business days to receive your refund, noting if I had questions to call *********. I waited a few weeks and called ********* to find out what was up. The manager saw my reservation/cancelation and said he had to find out how the process worked. Several calls and months later I was still waiting, always assuing me he'd resolve and call me, but never doing so. After months of run around I called *** concierge. After many phone calls, I was told the dealer said they mailed the check Tuesday 12/26/23. Today 1/5/24, i still don't have my check.
