    Formerly ********** ********, this business owned by William/Bill F****** asked for and a down payment of $21,500 in October of 2021 for a $43,000 sunroom. They never did any work on the project nor did they refund my down payment. In May of 2024 their lawyer contacted me after Bill F****** was arrested for taking a $38,000 down payment from another couple and never doing any work. Working through our attorneys, F****** arranged repayment of my down payment. We signed a legal agreement that the full amount would be repaid by July 31, 2024 and I STILL have not received a penny. Instead, I have incurred an additional $2000.00 in lawyer costs. Bill F****** will not accept my phone calls, nor has he made alternative arrangement to repay the down payment. He is not trustworthy. I was foolhardy to proved that large of a down payment, but Bill F****** is dishonest not to pay it back. Also, he has been dropped by the distributer **** ******* ******* *** ***** because of his breach of my contract and is now working with a different distributor.
