    I brought my car to this mechanic for a timing chain replacement on my car back in july of 2022. The shop took multiple months to repair my car. When i finally received my car back months later, it broke down the day that i received it due to the rear main seal failing. The owner of the shop told me they would pick up the car and get it fixed right away. They never came for the car and i needed to get it towed back to the shop in order for them to fix the issue they caused. This took months to accomplish. When i picked up my car from them another two months later, i received my car back with 2 inches of water inside of the car. This happened due to a mechanic at the shop not properly putting my car back together. This caused another set of issues that i needed to have resolved at an audi dealership. Within a 3-month span, my car broke down due to failed parts that were replaced during the timing chain installation in 2022. I was told the work was under warranty and that he would fix the issue and get the car back running. I was told once again that the shop would pick my car up and being the fix. This did not happen and subsequently i needed to have the car towed back to the shop once again in order for them to begin working on it. I dropped the car off on June 3rd 2023. I was told that the issue would be diagnosed and that if it was a part malfunction that was replaced during the original service done in 2022 it would be under warranty. It was determined to be a failed component and the shop owner told me he would fix the car. I am still without my vehicle as of june 21st 2024. The shop owner will not respond to any of my communications and continues to ignore all forms of contact i have tried with the shop. This job cost me $5,500 as well as another $1,000 i needed to pay the audi dealership to fix the problem i was given the car back with in 2022 due to water damage. The owner, Seven ******** continues to disregard any of my attempts to contact him or the shop.

    Yes the cars repairs should still be under warranty as the car is still at the shop presently.
