    I began my journey seeking a certified medical spa for Ultherapy and ultimately chose Advanced Med Spa. During my consultation, they recommended RF microneedling with the Secret device instead. I purchased a treatment package, which concluded in February, and was told to expect significant results within six to eight weeks. Unfortunately, I saw some changes, my mid-face became noticeably more lax, in regards to my initial concern about the area under my neck it did not change. As a medical auditor, I understand the implications of treatments like this but was not in full understanding of how such can impact facial anatomy negatively, eg( fat melting). Despite waiting for improvement, I grew increasingly dissatisfied and attended a follow-up appointment in July. I was shown before and after photos, but I felt the results were not an improvement, especially since I now had visible laxity in my mid-face. I attempted to address my concerns through email and calls but received little response, with multiple delays attributed to personal issues within the practice. After several months without resolution, I began Sculptra to restore lost collagen and communicated this to the spa, expecting a solution. However, their lack of communication continued, prompting me to seek treatment elsewhere. Now, after giving them sufficient time to resolve my dissatisfaction, I am requesting a refund of $1,920.00, as I feel ignored and let down.I will gladly compile a ****** link to the combined email efforts and screenshots of my attempted calls and call log to prove the above statements. I would need further instruction on which type of file format can be utilized by all parties so it can send effectively

    I have yet to be contacted by Advanced Skin Md Medspa regarding complaint ID ********. 

     

    Honestly, I didnt expect any communication from them, and this is precisely what I aim to prevent others from experiencing. They took my money and left me with damage to my skin. They failed to reconnect and address the concerns I raised during my appointment about the issues with my face. 

     

    At this point, its not just about the moneyit never was. It has become an ethical issue, highlighting the lack of integrity this business has shown and should not be allowed to operate with. There is no excuse that justifies their actions, and the gaslighting I experienced during our conversation was particularly distressing. I do not want anyone else to go through this situation.

     

    What they do is not inconsequential, like selling towels or cutting hair, which can grow back. They have damaged my skin, and I will gather the necessary information and evidence to ensure that they do not harm anyone else. They had ample opportunities to rectify this situation, and their continued negligence shows blatant disregard for me as a patient.
