    We have a *** contract with mentioned company for over a year, and several issues have arisen that weve been unable to resolve directly. The key concerns are:Pick and Pack Charges: The contract states charges of $2.25 per unit and $0.70 per additional unit, but weve been charged $2.25 per unit for all units. When questioned, we were told "the box is big," which is not a valid justification.Courier Charges: We agreed on courier fees ranging from $7.85 to $10.95, but weve been charged up to $75 per shipment. The company has not provided proper documentation to explain this.Mishandling of Dangerous Goods: Despite disclosing that our products are Dangerous Goods (DG), the company failed to provide certification and mishandled over 50 shipments, which *** returned. We were then charged for these returns and repackaging.Payment Terms and Threats: Our contract allowed for 30 days to pay, but the company now demands upfront payment using our software and has threatened to stop fulfillment if delayed.Weve attempted to resolve these issues with the business but have not received any satisfactory solutions. We request BBBs assistance in resolving these disputes.
