    This HVAC technician admittedly got us out of a bind when our AC unit failed us, but in the process, he seized the opportunity to exploit our lack of knowledge and "repaired" the problem with some glaring technical defects: leaving us with a promise to order the necessary parts to complete the repair. Instead, after 2 months and unsuccessful efforts to obtain the parts and get the job completed before the heating season started, we are left with a non-fuctioning furnace, a missing wiring harness, and an abnormally high electric bill. We had to get another heating specialist out who quickly observed the dangerous installation from the AC "repair" and who was subsequently able to order the parts within a few days. The unscrupulous actions of this "technician" is quite concerning! If you want a competent repair technician, go elsewhere.
