My second order with this internet-company, I ordered 'electric circuit breakers' for my home, having first clarified with the 'support' that the "Q-style-breakers" would fit my electric-panel, knowing that i cannot physically view the circuit-breaker from an online store. The second order included some "Q-style-breakers" that do NOT fit my electric-panel, and asked for a full refund. They refused, even though they had misled me into believing this would fit. They would charge a %20 restocking fee and i would have to pay for shipping. This is unacceptable to me, and leads to this complaint. See below for my correspondence with SimplyBreakers Hello I received order ******-S today, and inspected these breakers. I notice that with the 6 'QT' style ******* tamdem-20-Amp-breakers (*****) do not 'push in' to the new ******* 100-Amp panel (******************-) that i have. there is a metal-restriction plate (see attached left-hand-images in "*******-tandem-problem-BACK.jpeg") compared with the non-tandem-stle (Q115 shown) see attached right-hand-images I had gotten confirmation from SimplyBreakers last month in an Email inquiring about the fit-ness of these breakers, and SimplyBreakers support indicated that the ""Q" style breakers would fit. (see below) Is there a way to remove this restriction-plate on the Q2020 tandem breakers? Please advise ******* *****  Email response from SimplyBreakers on June-24-2024 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ HI Ken, The ******* catalog identifies the same breakers for PN/SN panels as for EQ panels (SEQ/EQL). Q120 should be acceptable and the breaker type "QP" should be written on the panel label where it identifies which breaker types to mount on branch circuits. We don't have any SN panels that I can check personally. ... Michael
