    Several months ago I took two blouses to "Tailoring by Kim" for alterations. So far she has not returned them and I don't know if she even did the work. The first time I went in to pick them up, she told me she had taken them home. The second time she said she had given them to someone else to do the alterations. The next two times I went to her shop the door was locked and the closed sign was in the window during her alleged working hours. I checked with *** where I purchased the blouses and they are no longer in stock, so replacing them is not an option. Also, about four years ago I took some fabric and two patterns to Kim to have her make me a blouse. The fabric is irreplaceable and it seems that she took that home also and lost the material and the patterns. It was a fabric I really loved and cannot be replaced. The blouses, as ear as I can extimate were between $15 and $20. I don't remember the cost of the patterns I gave her to make the blouse and I have no price extimate on the fabric. At this point, I'd just like to have the blouses returned--altered or not and as for the material and patterns, I guess that's my loss.

    I dropped 11 pieces of clothing off to be tailored two months ago. I received a ticket listing the items that were left there. The owner said it would be about 2 weeks before they were finished. I went in 2 weeks later and she said they were not finished and she would call me when they were done, about 2 weeks. She called me on 1/2/23 and said I could pick them up the next day. She called the next day and said that she had to go to the doctor and asked if I could come on 1/4/23. I went on that day and the closed sign was up and she wasn't there. I went again on 1/5/23 and again she wasn't there (even tho her business hours are listed as 9am-6pm). Since then I have had no communication with her! I have tried all different times during the day, nobody answers the phone. I have went there several times and the closed sign is always up. A couple of times the closed sign was up but the lights were on so I knocked on the door but she will not answer. I have submitted 2 online "contact us" forms, no responses. She has HUNDREDS of dollars worth of my clothes that I cannot get back from her! I am at a loss as to what else I can do. I just want my clothes returned to me! I read the reviews about her business and allll of them are about these same problems. I have used this business in the past with no issues so I don't know why she will not communicate with me or return my clothes. I am very understanding and I know that things get busy and life happens, but just call me and give me my clothes back and I'll take them somewhere else! If you can help me in any way it would greatly appreciated!!

    Better Business Bureau:  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I picked up my clothes. Some were still not finished and a few were not done correctly, but I will take them somewhere else and never use this business again!  Regards,  ******* *******
