    On 12/16/2023 my daughter and boyfriend were in a serious accident in Niagara Falls and both taken to the hospital. My wife and I headed there immediately(450 miles away) and upon arrival early 12/17, were relieved to find them without major injuries. The wrecker driver gave them a company business card and his cell for when they needed access to the vehicle at the tow yard. She called later in the day Sunday and he arranged to open the gates so they could get their belongings from the totaled SUV. The drivers name was John and he did everything he could to accommodate providing us prompt access to the tow yard on 2 occasions. I feel he did an exemplary job with handling the situation.
    Page's Auto & Towing and especially John's service exceeded my expectations.

    Pages Towing is a complete Joke!!! When they decide to actually Answer the phone they tell you the person that does impound is gone for the day (on Wednesday at 1pm) so I call back the following morning at 9am to be told he still is NOT in the office!! Maybe at 10-10:30am he should be there. You MUST make an appointment to have your car released. Absolutely
