I placed an order for a custom hockey jersey from Geeky Jersey on 5/30/2023. Total price of $124, charged an processed.
The website quotes 8-10 weeks for order fulfillment after the custom run closes. Ordering closed 6/14. I have reached out via email on two separate occasions for a status update only to be told there is a delay and to wait. I was given a projected ship date, but it keeps moving out. The first communication I deleted but was around August, they told me October it would be ready. Second was in October and they said mid January for shipping. I sent a follow up email 1/29/2024 to request a cancellation and refund. I was told they can't refund an in process order. It's been over 7 months since ordering.Initial Complaint

On June 1st, I placed an order for a jersey (Order #**************). I was informed that this would take around 8 to 10 weeks for delivery. Which would put this right around mid-September. When I reached back out on August 1st, I was informed that the order closed on July 12th and estimated ship date was early October, but could be subject to delays. After this point, I did not receive any contact from Geeky Jersey regarding this until I reached out on December 10th and asked for a full refund. I was told now the ship date is mid-January and they did not acknowledge my request for a refund. I follow up again on December 10th, asking once again for a refund. I was told on December 11th that once an order goes into production, they cannot cancel it or offer a refund. This again, was not disclosed up front. Given that it has been over 6 months and that they failed to inform me of the constant delays, I should be entitled to a full refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a custom jersey on 8/30/23. It clearly says that manufacturing time takes 8-10 weeks. After 10 weeks of hearing nothing, I contacted the company through their website. Their response is unacceptable. I’m now told that I’m looking at a mid-January delivery, but that’s not even guaranteed. How does 2.5 months suddenly turn into nearly 5 months, if I’m lucky? Why lie to your customers instead of telling them the truth so they can make an informed delivery? Now they don’t even respond to me.Initial Complaint

Purchased a Halloween II jersey on October 11th, 2023. Received the item on the 21st. Reached out to them about exchanging my Large for a Medium, they said to ship it back and they will do the exchange. I shipped the jersey back and reached out to them about the replacement being shipped. They sent me an invoice through PayPal to pay for the shipping. I was never told I would need to pay through PayPal for the shipping, so I responded back letting them know Im legally prohibited from having a PayPal account and asked if there was another way to pay for the jersey, they said no. They said they can only "potentially" offer store credit, I do not want store credit as this would be the one and only jersey I am looking to purchase.
Im expecting a full refund as I am unable to receive the item I paid for and its being held hostage by offering a single option to pay for shipping, when their site exclusively allows for a credit card transaction.Initial Complaint

I ordered a jersey on July 12, 2022. It states 8-10 week period for making the Jersey. It is now February 23, about 32 weeks after ordering. I’ve reached out, and no refund will be given for custom orders. All I get is a canned response. This is a horrible company. If something will take a year to make and send out, please state it. Don’t keep ignoring customers. I’m out $124. I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing *anything* from geeky jerseys. Credit card company won’t refund or dispute, the Jersey company won’t refund me, so I’m out $124 with a life lesson. I hope these guys get what’s coming to them. Horrible business.Initial Complaint

Ordered from Geeky Jersey's back in May 2022. Claim to ship products in 8-10 weeks. After 3 months I reached out via email to for an update on the order. Received no response until August 2022. Got a form email with little to no explanation for the delay.
After an additional two months, I requested a refund via email. It is now December 29th and still no response to the refund request nor any movement on my order. Online status of the order has remained "payment received" since confirmation of my order back in May.Initial Complaint

I ordered a jersey from https://www.************.com/ on February 3, 2022. They usually take 8-10 weeks after ordering windows close, so roughly 3-4 months to get a jersey. I've ordered from them before five times and I've always gotten my jersey in that time frame.
I hadn't received a shipping notice by June so I emailed for info. I received a template response that they're very sorry and things will be shipping soon, but no dates given.
I emailed again on July 25, they responded on July 26 that it would be another 2-3 weeks and it would ship out.
I emailed again on Sept 8 to ask where my jersey was and if there was going to be a longer wait if I could get something different that isn't so back ordered. No response received.
I emailed again on Sept 20 to ask about my jersey and the option of either getting something different or getting a refund. No response received.
As of today it's been 230 days since I made the order and my payment was processed. I have not received an update in almost 2 months and have asked twice.
The company continues to release new jerseys and promote them on social media, but they have not fulfilled old orders or offered other alternatives. Multiple jerseys have come out that I would have liked to order, but with one missing and no word on when I will get it I am hesitant to order anything else from them.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 03/24/2022 for a jersey and was told it would be delivered within 8-10 weeks. After 13 weeks, with absolutely no communication from the company, I reached out to inquire about my order. Two weeks later, I received a canned response saying sorry we've had production delays and we'll get this to you by August. It is now 08/26/22 - more than 5 months/22 weeks since I placed my order with absolutely no communication from the company on my order. I notified the company that I am submitting a dispute with Paypal, who I used to make the purchase, claiming non-delivery and requesting a full refund.
