    Web Listing Pros has been calling from ###-###-#### and ###-###-#### an average of 8 times a week. Every time they call I click #9 and have even dialed their "unsubscribe" number more than 10 times. However, they keep calling after I asked them to stop. Under the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act, I can sue telemarketers, in this case Web Listing Pros for up to $500 for each call received after I placed my company name on the Do Not Call Registry or asked the company not to call. At this moment I see no other choice but to file a complaint with BBB for their lack of respect towards my time and that of my staff. I request that BBB guides me as to what to do to stop these call, as we do not want to sue we simply don't want to be called anymore.

    I am an agent for a business in Virginia. We have an office landline and two office cell phones. Web Listing Pros calls ALL THREE phones EVERY SINGLE DAY. In some cases, multiple times on one phone in one day. They always leave the same recorded message, which offers an 877- phone number to call to be removed from the list. These numbers are NEVER in service. The recording says you may also press "9" (although sometimes it is "2") to be removed from the list; it never works. The calls are incessant. Please, PLEASE BBB, please help release us and so many others from this harassment. Completely unacceptable. There has to be something we can do.

    Excessive calls sometimes up to 8 per day from different numbers, refusing to opt me out of calls after multiple requests and selecting the opt out option on the robo call. They use multiple numbers and are a scam trying to get consumers to pay for services that are free!

    This business calls mine at least once per day. These are robocalls and I have no way of removing my business from the call list, except to press an option on the phone which I do not trust will actually remove me, especially considering the complaints I have already read about the business.

    we get 3-5 spam calls per day from this company, I have called and left them a message to stop calling they keep calling everyday. It's SO annoying and disrupts my business.

    They call multiple times a day from different numbers. I block each time they call. They hog our phone line so real customers can't get through. when I press one and connect with a real person, they are beyond rude and refuse to take us off their list. They insult you then hang up. How is the world are they still operating?!?!?!?!

    Web Listings Pro has called my small business multiple times per day for at least the past 3 years. They disregard all requests to cease contact. At worst, it feels like harassment; at best, it is ethically questionable and entirely unprofessional.

    Keep receiving calls from "Web Listing Pros" Claiming my ****** business page has been suspended or is about to be. The calls are robo calls and alway from different number. The robo calls give you a number to call to be removed from the list, sometimes you get the option to hit 9 to be removed. If you call the number, its disconnected, if you push 9 it disconnects. If you push 1 to speak with someone you get forwarded to another company like "Prime Directory Solutions" I have asked them to take me off the list, they acknowledge but I still receive the calls. This violates the TCPA $1500 telephone consumer protection Act and the Traced Act. I have started keeping record of all calls and intend on submitting it to the appropriate government department. Each call after requesting to be removed from the call list is a $500-$1500 Fine and a additional $10,000 fine through Traced act.

    I have been getting incessant phone calls to my ****** voice work phone number. As soon as I answer, it is a recording from Web Listing Pros wanting me to press 1 to "verify my ****** listing", which I don't have nor want verified! and the other option is, if I don't want to receive these calls, I can call a phone number... which doesn't exist! I have tried all the options and asked them to take me off their list and then they just hang up. Sooo frustrating and annoying. I never want to answer my work phone, because it is almost always this "company"..... that's a problem. Clearly this is illegal, to harass people by phone. They need to be shut down. Thank you.
