    Tioga downs casino has stolen my money by rigging their casino games and making it very obvious because the ball would land in a roulette pocket completely then somehow magically slide out? It’s very obvious when the casino is cheating its customers by using a magnet and making it so that we don’t win. When you lose 20 50/50 bets in a row that they’re out to get you. This casino also doesn’t give me any sort of comps for food or hotel when I’ve given them thousands and thousands of dollars and they never add my points to my account because they say I never have any money to cover food or hotel stays. Yet everyone else I know never has to pay for food or beverage or hotel there when they spend more than me. There’s no reason I should be cheated out of my money after being a loyal customer for many years and I am victimized by the casinos illegal actions. I should be given my money back for their them illegally rigging their games and calling it a fair gambling. marketplace.

    Tioga Downs is an entertainment venue offering its
    customers a full-service location with multiple forms of dining, events, a
    hotel, spa and a wide range of gaming including an opportunity to wager or bet
    on slot machines, table games, sports betting, lottery games and racing. All
    gaming activity is overseen by an independent regulatory body, the New York
    State Gaming Commission (NYSGC) ensuring that we follow all mandated
    regulations. The NYSGC works with independent test laboratories to certify that
    all gaming play meets required standards. Casino rewards are based upon a
    variety of factors related to gaming play.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
    the casino discriminates against people and never gives rewards to me yet they do to people who have significantly less game play. You are clearly paying off the gaming commission since when you play roulette the ball will land completely in a number then magically roll out to the next and is clearly controlled by a magnet and defies the laws of physics. I will escalate to the gaming commission.

    My friend **** ******* and I visited Tioga Downs Casino in Nichols, NY. on Oct.9, 2023. While there we went to the Sports Bar for burgers and fries. We were seated by the host and others came in after us. The waitress said in passing I'll be right over. Then she proceeded to take care of two other tables that came in after us. After seeing her getting ready to wait on yet another couple, who also came in after us, we got up and left. I'm not saying she deliberately did this because we're black, but it sure looked that way. We immediately went to the Buffet to get a complaint card, filled it out, and placed it in the box at the Country Buffet. It's been 10 days since the incident and no-one has called or wrote us to apologize, or even to let us know how it was handled which is why I'm writing you.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I received a call from Tioga Downs.  The supervisor of the Sports Bar called me and said the waitress was just overwhelmed and didn't mean to ignore us.  They were short staffed and she got really overwhelmed. She said they don't take this kind of thing lightly and she's very sorry that we felt that way.  She mentioned coupons but none ever came.  At least we got our apology.
