    This Business refuses to remove me from their mailing list incessantly mailing generic Service Agreements w/a Prepaymemt option even though I called multiple times, mailed their own mail back to them with a sincere request to be ommitted from future mailings, even with having spoken to management/ownership. My discontent started after enrolling years back and noticing the company started to train employees lazily, hiring young, inexperienced workers, who were seasonal hires who cared less about the service/product speading through my yard to get to their next call/appointment. I realized this from watching their trucks magically appear, and then, disappear, in record time, on my Ring cam, while away from home. After speaking with Ownership and being promised a remedy they were no shows multiple times hence my request to be removed from their service. It has literally been years since my last payment and multiple efforts on deaf ears that bring me here to resolve the isssue. M I typically walk away from stuff like this, even when I feel taken advantage of, but my hand has been forced. As a former small business owner myself I understand *** poor reviews or service can impact a company but today Im actually here spending the time so this ends. Please remove me from your list!

    **** last service was in 2023.  It is true that we sent a generic mailing one time in the spring as some customers take some time off from services and resume services all the time.  I didnt know you were this upset to receive a piece of mail.  I have removed you from our mailing list.

    I received a service agreement from this company although I am neither located in ******** nor have had any dealings with them that I can remember. I dont think they are even licensed in the ********************! There is no option to decline this contract and they do not answer the phone!

    Not quite sure why this led to a complaint.  We mailed an offer to **** as we used to perform pest control services at her ************* residence.  We were not aware that she moved to ***********.  Our third party printing company does mail forward with the most current address on file.  On the lower half of the service agreement the service address is clearly stated.  This offer was not for services to be rendered in the ********************.  If no further services are needed at *********, ** address or if the party moved, I will place the account on a do not mail status.  Of any telephone call went unanswered, you would had been transferred to a live answering service.  If needed, I can be reached on my cell at ************.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I do not recall ever having this company service my former address, as I used one located in *************. If we did, perhaps they used a different name back then. However, we moved out in 2021 and this is the first time I received a mailing from them, and never prior to moving away from **. Perhaps the business should adjust their practice to review such mailings before they go out if their mass mailing company is using an old customer list. My current *********** address is listed clearly as the service address. However, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and since the business owner called back, this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

    This business is a menace! I get several phone calls from them a month, all from different phone numbers. I have told them multiple times I am not interested in their service and to delete me from their call list. Each representative always says they will do so, but it hasnt happened. Its getting to the point I dont want to answer any call from an unfamiliar number!

    I checked the call record and the person that called previously moved out of state and is no longer with the company. Regretfully, this was not communicated. The last attempt to contact was a voicemail. We apologize for any inconvenience and will remove your information.
