    1/26/2023 purchased 1 bulkhead fitting for my water tank. $26.18 was paid though my territorial savings bank account, check #***************** the fitting was to big so I returned the 1 fitting for a 3/4 bulkhead fitting on 1/30/23. *****, the office manager, made the exchange. The 3/4 bulkhead fitting cost $11.14. ***** could not give me my credit of $14.51 because the office doesnt keep money on site. She took all my information and said a check would be delivered to my mailbox in a few weeks. 1/30/23 the company cashed my check #***.2/27/23 stopped at office and talked to ***** because I had not received my credit. She gave me corporate name and # to contact. 2/28 call corporate. Left message.Call corporate in March twice after leaving more unanswered messages.I was told only *** ********* could help me with my issue.4/14/23 finally got hold of ********************. She told me to give it until 5/1, however, Its my fault because I should have paid with credit card. I asked if I could go over her to get this matter resolved. She said No. She didnt care that If I owed chem-Tainer industries $14.51 they would have already sent collection agency after me. Unfortunately, she did not care about my issue and she was not helpful at all.7/17//23 call *** ********* for last time and leave message that I will contact BBB after 6 months of not getting any response from her or my $14.51 back. Then, I call *****, however she is sick so I talk to **** who also runs ***** office. **** said he would try contacting ** ********** but his hands were tied, he couldnt help me, and it didnt matter to him. Then he recommended taking this matter to BBB because he said probably be the only way to settle the matter.Thank you for looking into this matter and I look forward to hearing from you.********** *********************************
