    We hired Ryan and A&O Remodeling LLC based on a referral from a trusted contractor friend (who does not handle roofing). We were dealing with water damage caused by faulty shingles and flashing from the original builder, and our property insurance was covering the repairs.

    Ryan and his father assessed the job and provided a very basic, incomplete quote compared to another contractor we had considered. Despite this, we chose to proceed based on their verbal assurances and our friend's recommendation.

    For the $7,500 we paid, we expected a complete resolution of the issues. However, nearly two years later, we are still dealing with problems that Ryan insists are unrelated to his work. Specifically:

    1) There are missing shingles in the exact area where Ryan and his father supposedly performed repairs.
    2) Water damage persists in the same room directly below where the work was done.

    Given the vague nature of the initial quote, it's hard to determine exactly what work was performed. However, it’s unreasonable for Ryan to claim the current damage is unrelated, especially since the issues are in the same location as the original problem.

    Ryan has stopped responding to our messages and appears unwilling to address our concerns. Based on the ongoing issues and lack of communication, we question the quality and integrity of the work completed by A&O Remodeling LLC.

    We are seeking resolution and repairs to be made as initially promised.
