  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

   this watch was very old the watch and can not be worn.

  the Seller was cheated me and my mother 90 years old lady that is very bad and hurting ** .

  Seller ** ******* reply is not true and I object to all of it. My truthful statement is that, seller *************** used a womans love for her mother and gave her the gift on her 90th birthday, seller *************** committed a cheating act. The evidence is the paper he gave ** that is not some watch which Show ** $59000 totally cheated.

  nline there is a shop in **********, ** also selling the same watch with standard length bracelet only asked for $18,888. We have already overpaid and need to spend around $10000 extra to lengthen the bracelet. The cost of customization is too expensive. My 90 years old mother felt hurt and cheated. it gave her a big blow which is unacceptable. This matter has brought ** a lot of trouble. We texted him message on 12/15/2022 to notify him that my mum wants to return this ****** watch and get full refund. We continued to communicate with him to resolve the problem. My husband and I came to ********* again to meet ******* on 2/21 but he refused our request again. We sent him a letter on 3/31 again and received no response. We hereby request him to accept the return and full refund to **.

  To whom it may concern , we have been in business for 33 years and have never received a complaint or in happy client    We sold a Piaget watch that retailed for $55000 as we had this information from the manufacturer and we were asking $27000.00 on the wholesale level as it is a rose gold watch which is rare and ***** then said its too short and if we accommodate her with $6000 and sell her the watch for $21000.00 she would go and get the links on her own even though offered to order the links at $27000 to fit her properly. And they decided they rather have $6000 off the watch and they would handle it on there own and we do not refund clients on any occasion on a wholsale transaction as there is minimum margin we work on after our suppliers give us the pricing.  We offered on numerous occasions to help with the watch to order the links at our cost for her to make her happy and they send us pictures of a yellow gold watch for $18888 which is a completely different watch in the market place as the rose gold one is very rare and they tried telling me that the watch is fake and not real which was clearly not the facts.  The watch last known retail from oiaget was $55000.00 and we clearly advised them of everything in the clear plesee close this matter as it is not Proffesional   I have added the text messages from Piaget the ****** yards store stating clearly that the watxh is rose gold and not yellow which they claimed and the last known retail in 2020 was $55000.00.
