      On January 11 2024 Mr. P**** was asked to come and change the lock on an exterior door. I informed him that I wanted a double lever, keyed entry with no button on the inside. After removing the broken lock he installed a new one and it was for an interior door. I informed him the following week that it was unacceptable. He said that he would have to charge more money to come back. Meanwhile he sent us a bill for $580.00. I thought this bill was very high. Meanwhile I had to contact another locksmith and he came out and evaluated the situation and said he would be in touch. The following Monday he came out and changed 2 locks with the proper double lever and keyed entry. He then gave me a bill for $511.00. I just feel I was overcharged for a job that was not done correctly by Mr. P**** and I do not want this to happen to anyone else.
