We hosted friends for an in home cooking class with chef Mike. Everyone loved it. We plan on doing it again in the fall. Mike is incredibly knowledgeable about all things food and cooking. His culinary skills are exceptional! If you’re looking for a fun, educational activity, I highly recommend 716kitchenskills!

We planned a bourbon themed dinner at our home with Chef Michael and our two friends, and learned how to cook pork belly, reverse seared veal, grits everyone keeps talking about, mashed sweet potato and more. It was a delicious dinner and a fun learning experience. Chef Michael takes the time to teach all expects of the cooking process, even the things he brought that he had prepared at home. It was a pleasure working with him to create a delicious menu that paired great with our bourbons and wines he suggested for the dinner. We look forward to working with him again.716 Kitchen Skills

Michael was a fantastic chef/teacher. The entire experience was awesome from beginning to end. It was a fun night, interactive, and we learned a lot about cooking. I highly recommend Michael for cooking classes with friends and family.716 Kitchen Skills
