    We had our house renovated by property kings in 2022. Besides some delay’s things went smoothly. Shortly after they finished our home (May 2022) our new flooring started cracking. We advised them of this. It took months to come up with a plan on fixing it. We were then told they would be coming back march 2023 to replace the flooring. It is now the end of august and every time we reach out about the flooring we receive the response of “I’ll be contacting you next week” with still no date on our flooring being fixed.

    Customer declined padding under floor on orignal install which voided warentee. This wssnot a contractor issue the floor was installed properly and to code. However the warentee company wouldn't cover due to no underlayment... our company was willing to replace the floor at our expense when our schedule cleared.
