      On 2/17/23 I placed an order for Jackets, 30 of them, totaling $864.80. After placing order communication got thin. They eventually sent mock-ups but these were in correct, so I sent in revisions, and this is when the communication stopped. I was working with John. I have been trying to reach out via phone, text, and email, and I have gotten nothing. They tried making excuses about how they sent an email, but I know thats ** cause its the same email we were talking om before. At this point I would just like a refund. The fact that this can be a legit business in the US is crazy. Scam artists, thats what these guys are. I have proof of all convos and payment. These guys should have their business shut down, and never be allowed to open another business. Nothing but terrible things to say about these guys.

      I ordered 37 custom hoodies from bison print co on February 20th, 2023. I paid $1,300 cash on February 28th, 2023 for the 37 hoodies. As stated in my receipt and online they will send me my mockup within 24 hrs later. I asked for an update on the mockups on March 3rd, 2023 when I got a response on March 6th saying the artist would be doing the mock up and get back to me shortly. I responded immediately saying to go on printing the hoodies. The communication wasn't great but Eli the owner was atleast responding, once he received my payment of $1,300 the communication just about went silent. March 7th he did text me saying, they'll get everything started and let me know when they're done. I didnt hear anything so I texted him on March 10th asking for an update, to which he responded March 14th saying they didn't get them in yet or else they'd be finished. March 17th I asked for another update to which I never heard anything back. I asked for another update on March 22nd, almost a month after payment to which Eli responded saying yes they'd be done that week. I stopped by March 27th to pick up the hoodies and Eli had told me they're waiting on 2 hoodies and they'd have them done Monday or Tuesday, his girlfriend was the only one working, and he was just sitting in his office on his phone and kept brushing me off with one word replys. He then tells me he emailed me about the delay, which I never received. I then asked to see the email or the 35 hoodies he did have for me, and declined to do so. Leaving me to think he doesn't have them. I live right down the street from his shop, and anytime I drive by during their "hours" no one's there. I started reading reviews about bison print co, and it seems to be a reoccurring theme with them. They communicate fine when ordering, and once they have your money they stop responding. I'd really like to try and get a refund as I'm out $1300, and I don't think I'll ever see my hoodies.

      Was referred to these guys by a friend; biggest mistake I could’ve ever made. I placed my order on the 2nd of February, absolutely horrible from the very start. When submitting a quote for 50 super basic one layer screenprinted ***** beefy tees, I initially started the email chain with Eli, the supposed owner of the business. Eli was very responsive and got back to me about specifics about the order, all up until communication slowed to a halt upon paying for the shirts. Would take weeks upon weeks for any sort of half baked response, and they never pick their phone up, nor respond to my voicemails. The mockups they insisted on making despite me already providing a mockup, were way overdue than the “48 hour digital delivery” they were supposed to fulfill. Then upon essentially talking to a wall when trying to communicate with Eli for a while, I reached out to John, one of his co-workers. While John definitely was much more responsive, he still would continue the trope of half baked replies and a lack of descriptiveness in updates. As of this week, John is telling me their “shipping is backed up” despite his initial promise to ship the product over a week ago! I am now nearing a month since the date of supposed delivery, and down 350$ with no shirts. While having the shirts would be nice, at this point I’m horrified for the quality control of these pieces considering the complete lack of care for something as simple as communication with your clients. Never again, absolute nightmare especially considering I have customers who preordered these garments.

      I placed an order for screen printed shirts/sweaters through Bison Print Co on 3 January 2023. The order was approved and pre-paid through their website. The estimated delivery date was 25 Jan, but after contacting them I was told there was a slight delay due to supplies being delivered. I have since then not received any updates or contact from the company regarding my order. I've attempted to contact them several times by phone, email, and facebook message but I have so far not gotten any response or acknowledgement.

      i ordered 12 pairs of custom shorts for 170.46 from bison print co back in april 2022 and didn’t hear anything from them until september where they told me that my order was already shipped but i never received anything from them. they continued to tell me they would redo my order and i would get it soon and i haven’t heard from them since i’ve been emailing calling and messaging on social media. i would like my money back or the product i ordered. i’ve done business with them before this and everything went fine but now i just can’t get a hold of them.
