    I have been to this salon before and for some reason didn't return. This time, haven't been away for quite some time, returned to have color done. Way too dark. I had to go someplace else to have it fixed but called the Manager of Teasers figuring she'd speak with her employee. 1 month later, need root touch up and highlights, I thought she'd be capable of doing, and a trim. Looks absolutely horrible. The cut is so bad I look like a 10 year old boy and it's all uneven. She cut off the sides which were angled and now they are straight across. My bangs were so uneven and so out of sync with the rest of the cut I looked like David Bowie. I am furious. She charged me $70 and now the manager won't call me back. I have told her colleague I want my money back. Let me state for the record. If these girls don'[t like someone, stop making appts for them just to get money. Secondly, if you don't like the conversation, don't join it. If you have an issue with the person you are working on, ask them to leave. You owe me my money back. Keep waiting and you can pay for the visit to fix it by another salon.
