      JC Merrimans entered our property july 1st 2022. They unlawfully came and took a 500 gallom propain tank with 350 gallons of propain in it that had been bought, paid for, and is owned by me ******** ****** and ******* ******. They took this tank and replaced it with a 100 gallon tank with 45% and gave me no call or warning that they were coming to do this exchange. And left without a word of explaination, also left before doing a safty check in my house. They now claim it was their tank when we have had it under our care for 3 years. This company did not have any contact with us before they arrived nor did they have any consent or agreement signed to this 500 gallon tank and us. The tank has no ties to jc Merrimans nor any proof. We went and talked with the owner and he refuses to give back our tank and refuses to give back out 350 gallons of propain fuel for our home. I wish to see proof of the tank owned by JC merrimans, and also to see the 350 gallons of propain back in our posession.

      BBB spoke to business and the following was relayed: That is my tank, it needs to be refurbished. They do not and have not bought propane from us.
