    7/9 and 7/10 I ordered a reel rod combo and 2 avet hwx 5/2 raptor reels. Long story short the combo reel came with damaged not once but 2xs finally the 3rd was fine. The other 2 reels came and one was wrong I ordered 2 right handed reels and recieved 1 left and one right. I told **** about it and he responded to return everything I bought and part ways. He's giving up basically. So instead of shipping me the correct reel I ordered and discipline his employees for their mistake I have to suffer. I paid for these items I'm keeping what I ordered that was correct. I want the other reel I'm missing or a refund of ****** the amount of the wrong reel and line so I can buy somewhere else or ship the replacement. Either way I ordered from him and did not recieve the correct items. I will send back the damaged and wrong ones once I get the new correct reel or refund to buy else where. I have no trust in this place as I was also lied to by staff members a few times. All I want is the reelni ordered correct and undamaged. Returning everything that is right I'm not doing as I paid for that stuff and it's what I wanted. This is simple I paid for an order 1 thing is wrong send the correct one or refund that one. Done. As you can see by his email he is giving up taking it out on the customer instead his employees who made the mistakes. Bad business owner. Why would you make your customer go through all this when you made a mistake just make it right I want the reel inpaid for a right handed or a refund. But I'm not shipping everything back that was right I paid for it. Refund the one that was incorrect or send one ASAP that's it it's easy. Not once did the owner apologize and look at his reviews whenever there is a problem he blames them not himself or staff
