    I was ready to check out and pay, but after waiting 10 to 15 minutes to receive an email to "activate" my account, I gave up. Finally I received it after more than an hour later, but I had moved on to my next activity and lost my interest to complete my purchase. I'm not happy because I was trying to buy a Christmas gift. And now, I'm not sure I want to support a company that caused this me this much frustration and disappointment. I could see waiting 5 or maybe 10 minutes, but anymore than that is completely unacceptable to me!!!I looked for a phone number to call and all I saw was text bot, that took nearly 12 hours to get a human. After explaining to the human about the inconvenience, I received this lame apology."We are sorry to hear that and for the inconvenience, Just in case you need some help next time will be here.Have a great day.Best Regards,******"And when I brought to their attention that their apology was lame. This is the reply I get."I'm sorry about the inconvenience ********, but I'm really not sure what what's the problem. You account is already activate, you just need to place an order and checkout.******** Customer Support **************************"In my 30 years of customer service, my employers have always attempted to make up any inconvenience and frustration experienced by a customer, but all ********************** does is apologize. No effort to make up for anything.

    **************** is a joke. My kit was missing a crucial part and they refused to send it to me. Rendering the kit useless.
