      On Sunday, October 15th, one of the Gam Exterminating technicians (***********************) responded to my home (***********************************************) to exterminate some bees that made their home, attaching their hive to the back of my house. A Gam-Technician created a near disaster that necessitated an emergency response the following day (Monday). He sprayed a solution that he bought from ********** for $7.00 that did not work! What he did next was even worse: he trapped the bees inside the wall by sealing it with spray foam. This caused the bees to swarm inside my home, making it extremely dangerous for the occupants, which included an 18-month-old child. Thank God the 18-month-old was not stung! The professional who responded said what the (Gam-technician) did was the worst thing that anyone could have done! It was totally unprofessional and irresponsible!*** I first called back Gam Exterminating around 10 AM Monday morning and was told by a dispatcher that the earliest someone would respond is between 7 PM and 8 PM. I said this was an emergency, but it fell on deaf ears.I am therefore asking for a complete refund of my $199 and that Gam Exterminating train their technician to respond properly and professionally before anyone gets seriously hurt!

      7/7/23 entered into contract with Gam Exterminating. They never sent the contract until after I made payment. The contract is invalid it states pest services is excluded. I paid to have mice baiting stations placed in my home since I had a rodent problem. The contract states $600.00 for the year which is ambiguous because it does not cover the materials to resolve the rodent problem that is out of pocket.

      there is an initial cost, plus cost of materials in order to have a maintenance in the first place.If you do not have bait stations, snap traps and other materials installed, than what exactly is being maintained within a maintenance contract?

      under the maintenance agreement, we will arrive and treat pest related problem as per agreement. however, initial services must include the cost of material so that a maintenance is in fact possible. meaning, it is not our responsibility to purchase equipment free of charge for a clients rodent issue. once material is purchased, we are more than willing to full fill our duties into servicing the location as per the maintenance agreement

      GAM Exterminating was hired on 10/25/22 to remove squirrels. I found them doing a ****** search and hired them because they advertise 24/7 service. The trap was set on 10/25, and on the morning of 10/26/22 I called to let them know the trap was tripped with nothing in it. I couldn't reach anyone until AFTER 1 pm. The trap was reset on 10/27/22. Again, I needed to reach someone that evening because the trap was tripped again with nothing in it`. The person who reset the trap said the trap was set INCORRECTLY by the techs that came. He was to reset it correctly. I could not reach anyone until after 8:30 am. That to me is NOT 24/7 service. Each time I had to call NO ONE picked up until after 8:30 and there was one morning it was raining, and an animal was in the trap. I felt badly that the raccoon was out in the rain. With more issues going on, I found the number of the owner, and called him. ***************************** DENIED being the owner even though he is listed as the owner on LinkedIn, and hung up on me when I voiced my complaints. I also asked ******************* one of the techs who came to take a raccoon away if ***************************** is the owner, **** said **** was the owner. With the not being able to reach them and the lies told by the owner and the nastiness of ***** the dispatcher, I request $300 of my $500 back and that's only because they did catch 2 raccoons, otherwise I'd want a FULL REFUND for the grief. I sent two emails and never got a reply.
