    Placed online order through Amazon for Fresh ************ Vacuum Bag and Filter Bundle Kit on June 25, 2024 with order#*******************. The order was delivered on June 28, 2024. The small white plastic mail envelope was delivered by *** to front door of my home/ ***************************************************************************************. In opening the envelope I found the contents very tightly wrapped in this small plastic mail envelope. It was hard to open. After getting an opening within envelope I removed the red/black filter called the ************* Pre-Filter. Then I removed the 6 Cloth Bags and then finding that the filter really needed was missing. It was not in the envelope. As in the picture provided its the GRAY/WHITE filter known as the LONG LIFE HEPA After FILTER. I immediately responded to AMAZON email order transaction to file a complaint that I did not get the whole order I paid for. Amazon sent my complaint feedback to CASA Vacuum in ******** via email. A response came back from CASA Vacuum that all items in order was shipped. They requested a picture of items received along with front of plastic mail envelope. I took picture of all items together and sent picture to CASA via email. CASA still came back that missing filter was shipped to me. Now I cannot send order back for CASA charges shipping and restocking fee totaling $10.00. Now I cannot run my Electrolux Vacuum cleaner without that filter. Amazon is not following up on their warranty claims in order correctness without further charges.

    **************** ordered a package of vacuum bags with 2 filters and received exactly that according to our shipping software that shows the weight and the contents printed directly on the label. This item is sold as a set. When we asked him for a picture of what he received he sent a picture of another sellers envelope that said shipped by ***** Ship, this is the small package he keeps referring to. When we explained to his that the small envelope was not from us he complained to amazon that we used the term *****. He then claimed we were trying to pull a fast one, we are a small family owned business that pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. when explaining this to **************** He seems to be confused as when we asked for another picture he sent a copy of his drivers license. He admits that he received two thirds of the order but wants all of his money back without returning anything. How is that fair? I'm not sure if he broke the original filter or lost it. We would like to send him another filter but we do ask that he cover the shipping cost 4.43.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint ...i have provided a new picture image of *** package received. I do know how the wrong one got sent before. But now the right package picture is within this complaint. The seller software device is failing badly for it missed that package was missing filter. I am NOT paying any additional cost for a filter I already paid paid for.

    If the consumer wants a replacement filter we only ask that he cover shipping costs. We are willing to send an additional filter, I believe that this is a more that reasonable offer.
