    Jesolan claims to sell high quality products but they shien and temu quality. I ordered 2 necklaces which were not as pictured and very cheaply made and the belt that I ordered was too small. They're only offering 50 percent back and for me to keep the product. I would like a prepaid return label as well as a full refund.

    This vendor advertise a white flowy shirt dress, umbrella flared cut with two thigh high slits on each side. The sleeves were long an blousey at the cuff. They sent me a stiff and straight (linen like) dress, striped gray and white, with straight mid range sleeves with 3 inch slits by the ankles. It was CLEARLY not the same item. Their website allows for refunds--which I requested immediately. I asked for them to send me the return label. They responded telling me to keep the item that I paid $50 for and they'd refund me $18. They also responded saying that shipping is too costly. I told them that I'd happily pay the shipping to return this item that I am never wearing which isn't what I ordered. They keep sending me refund offers for less than what I paid, trying to force me to keep an item that I didn't order and would never have ordered. I would like my full refund returned to me. I am attaching pictures of what I ordered and what they sent to me.     I ordered boots on line from ***************************************** I received the order, however they did not fit. I contacted them via email and explained the boots did not fit and I would like to return for a larger size. They quickly got back via email and stated they ran out of larger size, i told them I would take any color and or go up to size 10 1/2- 11 since my original order was for size 10. They got back to me with keep boots and we will refund you 30%. Or a 40% discount for next order. I declined I would like full refund as there return and delivery stated (to contact Jesolan for return authorization form) because if you send product back without form customer is responsible for any loss items, also Items must be in original packaging which was sent with no box in a white bag. I have back and forth contact with them asking me to keep product that I cant use or wear. I paid $45.99 for this item and either give me the right product or send me back my full refund.
