I paid $900 in cash for my daughter to have horseback riding camp for a week and they just called me today that they are canceling because of low enrollment. They will not issue me a refund of the $900 in cash. They canceled I did not did not sign a contract stating that there was no refund policy. Thats what they keep on telling me all I want is my money back thank you.

    Business Response

Client signed our no refund contract. Client paid in our office which has multiple signs posted about our no refund policy. Client has participated in our services before and is well versed in our no refund policy. Client was offered a myriad of options to utilize the money she paid to the facility. Among the options include but are not limited to choosing another week of camp or using the money toward a package of private lessons (a value much higher than what was paid for camp). Client was offered to use these lessons for her child or another family member or even a friend. Client was informed that the lessons could be used each day that the child was to participate in camp or anytime within a 6 month period. Client refused all options provided to her and instead chose to scream and yell profanities. Client was informed that a message would be left for the owner (who was in a doctors appointment) and that they would get back to her. Instead of waiting for a response, client chose to file this complaint.
