    Purchased a Max Modular KB Voodoo 10” bed rack for my Tacoma. The powder coating is so poorly done that within less than two years, it has already started to breakdown and form rust spots. Absolutely unacceptable in my book. I reached out for some advice… *crickets*. No response at all. They know this is an issue and continue to provide the worst customer service possible. If they do, they are rude and clearly have no pride in their work.
    When the rack was initially sent out, it was missing critical hardware. At that point I should have just cancelled the order. I received an unfriendly email, and no apology for the parts missing. But they were quick to provide a snarky answer to a question. Never buying from these jabronis again. I strongly advice you to do some research and you’ll see just how many people have the same experience with this sorry excuse of a company. I’d give em a zero if I can. Time to find a new bed rack after less than two years.
