    On Monday 8/21/23 I went to get my car fixed. Needed brakes and rotors. Got them done. Then on 8/23/23 I was driving and heard a noise. Had the car looked at and was told depends were missing from the brakes. Which caused them to rub back and forth. Went back there to get them fixed and he refuses to fix them. Paid him $105 for repairs. I would like my money back or him to pay for me to get them fixed which is going to cost $115. I refuse to take my car back there because he refuses to fix it the right way. I tried to do this on 8/24/23.

    Business said that they did do the repair and and left it the way that it was due to it was too tight to put all the way in, then the consumer said she heard rattling.  I told her that I would repair the rattling at no charge before she submitted this complaint to BBB.  She never showed up to get it done.  However, just because she may have heard rattling does not mean the repair was done wrong.  I left it the way it was so that the brakes would last longer.  I would like a copy of the estimate/bill of the other business to see what they did.

    Received a call from the business stating that the consumer gave him a copy of the bill from Learner's auto repair shop for$114.36.  They should have never paid this much money to fix 2 anti rattle clips on brakes.

    I previously advised the consumer to come back and I would fix for free and they went somewhere else.
