I want my ******** fixed that's been there sense Monday for "airbags" but now doesn't run. Ran when they pulled it in garage.
What ever was done in the garage is the issue your "mechanics" didn't do something right when you put it back together or it would have ran like it did when I dropped it off! I will be getting a lawyer for this.

While we understand the concern the vehicle is 14 years old with 238,942 miles and has electrical problems unrelated to a airbag. Customer is having own mechanic investigate and repair the electrical concern unrelated to the airbag.

My car would stall and seize up where it wouldnt come out of park and restart. After exhausting all my options with a local repair shop. They told me that it was more likely an electrical problem that they didn’t do there. So I was forced to tow it to Mastel Ford to have it looked over. I explained what the repair shop dead so that it didn’t have to be redone. They told me that it was probably a fuse and that’s what I relayed to Mastel Ford. They told me they couldn’t get to it for 2 weeks but they could try earlier. I got a call and they told me that they drove it and it calls for them. They came up with it being a *** they told me they didn’t have any in stock and they would have to order it. I told him that I researched online and ask them if they checked the fuses they told me they diagnostic was showing a BCM. The part came in they fixed it. They called me and told me they fixed it and that it still wouldn’t start. And then it was probably something leading up to the BCM. As of the moment I had $1600 into it. I asked him again if it was a fuse. I also sad, so it is possible that the BCM was not even bad. They ignored me and went on to fix it. Probably find out that it was a fuse, and they repaired it. They told me that it was corroded. They told me that the fuse that belongs there they didn’t have in stock, and they don’t make them the way they do now so and set up a 50 amp fuse they put in a 40 amp fuse. But because it wouldn’t fit in there, the bypass the fuse box and tape two things together. I also asked again so it’s possible it’s not the BCM they said it may have been I said, so why not take that out and see and they said they don’t do that. They charge me almost $900 to diagnose the problem. And reading other complaints. I found out that they just hooked it up to a computer and it tells how much wrong with that. The $900 to diagnose the problem. I went and picked up the car. Being a woman I believe they ripped me off by not taking my research seriously

As the customer stated, she had exhausted other options, the vehicle had repair attempts at a handful of other shops who were unable to repair it. She did finally bring it to the dealer for diagnosis and repair.
The 135,000+ mile vehicle had 2 separate concerns. There was a stalling problem and an intermittent no start problem. Both issues were very intermittent and took time to duplicate and had to be present to diagnose. Once duplicated, there were multiple DTCs (diagnostic trouble codes) present in the vehicle’s processor. Body codes, indicating an electrical issue as well as powertrain codes indicating a powertrain component issue.
A 30+ senior master technician diagnosed and did repair the vehicle. As was explained to the customer, it is recommended that she have a new fuse box installed as the one in her vehicle was rather corroded. The statement that it was simply a fuse that needed replaced is erroneous. The BCM (body control module) is serviced in the interior fuse panel assembly and once it was replaced codes that were present for the BCM as well as the codes for the Fuel Pump Driver were no longer present, however the no start condition was still present. Our technician continued diagnosing and chasing wiring. When he removed the battery and checked the fuse block under the battery he found quite a bit of corrosion in the fuse block. There is a 50amp mega-fuse there that was only allowing 1 amp to pass through it. The fuse was fine, but the panel was not. Tech cleaned it and removed the corrosion that he could and ran a new in-line fused wire across where the fuse was and recommended replacing the fuse panel, which the customer declined.
Just hooking a vehicle up to a computer and finding what’s wrong is absurd. Customer was made aware of all the charges associated as diagnosis and repairs were made. There was also a towing charge along with the diagnostic and repair charges and the parts. Charges were more than fair, in fact less than they should have been.

My 2017 **** ****** has anti freeze leaking into the engine. It's a known issue with that motor. They said they would fix it. I waited on the parts for months, now they have them and they still refuse to fix it because their lifts are full with other vehicles that need parts that their waiting on. They never offered me a loaner, even after asking multiple times. They have even refused my calls at times. No timetable on when it will be done. It's been there for 5 months.
