Called 3 times to reach an answering service. Asked to pay a fee for after hours technician by receptionist. Explained my new system should be covered under warranty. Receptionist claimed I would receive a call back from a technician. 8am received call. 24-7 service is a joke. Nikki sent text arguing a technician called prior. I sent my call log screenshot proving otherwise. I had also given address for service call which i had stated no heat. Why should customers have to call 3 times to get something fixed thats supposed to work, pay a fee for the time of day the thing under warranty quits working, then turn around and deal with poor customer service on top of it? Looking for a replacement HVAC company due to sensor issues with this new system and poor customer service!

They changed out a small condensate pump at my elderly mothers house. They charged their "flat rate" pricing for a new pump and install. Probably $150 in material and one hour of labor. Total bill was almost $1100.00. Total price gouge. We have had them do work for us before but never this egregious. They can stick their flat rate.

They were told exactly what task was required and that materials would be provided. Prices not listed on website, prices not discussed until after completion of "estimate" (looking into my cabinet from standing position for less than 30 seconds to verify previously discussed details). Claims to have "flat pricing" based on task(s) performed. Estimate charge alone was @$87 w/ tax. Was charged a total of $300 for "estimate" and 25 minutes of labor (including turing the faucet on and off for @ 5 minutes). No additional parts or materials of any kind nor specialty tools required.
