    We placed an order through the website. Upon arriving home, which is a 30 minute drive, we saw that I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, but received a hamburger. I have dietary restrictions which dictates when I can and cannot process certain foods.
    I called the restaurant and told the male who answered that I received the wrong order. He requested that I return to the store. I informed him I live 30 minutes away, and it’s not safe to drive back under the weather conditions. He told me to call back as the manager was busy.
    I called back. The first time, once I asked for the manager, the male hung up. I’ve tried calling back numerous times, but no one is answering the phone.

    Response taken by phone:  Normally when the customer gets the wrong order, we try to replace the order for them.  If they call we usually try to get the contact information to see if we can resolve the issue.  I will contact the customer to see what can be done.

    BBB spoke to Sue, the general manager, and the following was relayed: The issue was resolved, coupons for 2 free sandwiches were mailed to the customer.

     The manager contacted me and sent out coupons as well as issued an apology. I am content with the attention and courtesy shown by the manager.
